Fee Policy
- Fee must be paid in full can be on subscription on monthly basis, quarterly basis or semi annually basis depending on the package/course chosen.
- For subscribed packages, any cancellation/absence due to illness/family events andschool activities must be informed one week or one days before to avoid forfeit under the terms and conditions.
- Our Center reserves the right to prevent learners with outstanding fee entering the pool.
Cancellation & Replacement Policy
- Any replacement class can be arranged with admin on the date proposed by learner/guardian and agreed upon our center.
- Balance class will be forfeited if exceed expiry date set during payment made.
- Any replacement class must be arranged and booked with our admin. Confirmation on replacement will be confirmed based on the class availability and slot available.
- Any cancellation due to illness, family events, school activities and center closure will be extended one more week if evidence can be provided.
- If any learners absent for more than 4 weeks, learners will be consider as temporarystop and all balanced class might be forfeited.
Disclaimer
- Any illness, special condition, or disability that may affect your or your children ability to swim must be declared to Dory Swim Group prior to enrollment.
- Parents acknowledge the risk associated with children participation in the chosen classes or training.
- Parents acknowledge that you are competent to enter into this agreement and sign this disclaimer, which you do voluntarily.
- Different language of Terms and Conditions may or have translated into several languages for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between English version and any translated versions of this Agreement, this English version shall prevail and be binding.
